- Save as MP3Export opens by itself. Choose MP3 and save.
MP4 videos work in Chrome, Edge and Safari. Very large videos (over about 700 MB) are not supported.
Take the sound out of any video
Many recordings live inside videos: a pravachan recorded on a phone, a song from a function, or a class you want to listen to while travelling. Echoly reads the sound track of the video and turns it into an MP3 that is a fraction of the video's size.
What happens to the video?
Only the sound is used. The picture is not uploaded or stored anywhere, and your video file stays exactly as it was.
Clean it up before saving
Phone videos often have wind, crowd or fan noise. Before exporting, try Effects → Quick Polish for noise removal and the right loudness in one window, or cut away the parts where nothing is being said.
Which videos work?
MP4, WebM and MOV videos open in Chrome, Edge and Safari. Very large files over about 700 MB may not open on phones because they are processed on the device itself.
