Reporting a problem

It helps a lot if you mention:

• your device and browser (for example "Android phone, Chrome" or "Windows laptop, Edge"),
• the type of file (MP3, WAV, WhatsApp audio, video…),
• what you did and what happened, with a screenshot if possible.

Please don't attach private recordings unless they're needed to show the problem. Echoly itself never uploads your files.
